AM Consulting is about helping women to operate in a world that can feel like a rollercoaster at times. Focusing on finding the path between where they are now and where they want to be, and to be there with more ease and abundance.
Assisting women to understand the physical and mental changes accompanied with all stages of menopause and finding solutions to ease the process and embracing the new life changes. Helping to cut through the noise and create a clear individually focused system just for them. Harnessing their feminine power.
Who I work with
Women who are high achievers, most likely in a leader role, that give 100% - always managed until now, but it’s getting harder and harder.
Then throw in peri/menopause/postmenopause and suddenly it’s feeling unsustainable. I work with women who either know what they need to do but are struggling to put it into action, or don’t know what to do or how to make it happen particularly as they're feeling stressed, stretched or on the cusp of burning out.

Who I work with
By listening to your unique story/situation and then using specific questions, we aim to help you recognise your current circumstance. Once we understand your situation, where you are at this specific time in your life, we identify the changes you need to make, and the goals you want to achieve. We do this by considering all the options open to you and choose which actions you will take within a defined timeframe. We can work on creating plans to achieve those goals. We can do this by focusing on one area in your life or setting and achieving goals in many areas including business, health and wellbeing, career, relationships and work-life balance. It can be as broad as wanting to find what will make you happier in your current life situation or as specific as wanting to make drastic changes. It is all about gaining self-awareness, exploring your values, beliefs, strengths, and weaknesses and understanding from that what changes or focus you need to make. My coaching session/s centres around holistic believing that you can achieve your goals through acknowledging and using your own resources, rather than being told what to do. I can, however, help to hold you accountable for what you have decided and for the changes you want to or need to do in order to claim your life back or reset. I will create, with you, a tailored, achievable plan with the support needed to make your desires possible, based on your capacity and own definition of what you want to change or achieve.
